Reclaiming the Roots: A 4- week "Orixás" Archetypal Amazonian Flower Essence journey for Women.
For women from oppressed backgrounds seeking deep healing, Reclaiming the Roots offers a four-week, trauma-informed journey with Amazonian Flower Essences, ancestral wisdom, and sacred community so that you can reclaim your voice, power, and authentic belonging. Through weekly live - interactive workshops and small intimate community.
This program is for women from marginalized, oppressed, or historically silenced backgrounds who are seeking deep, ancestral, and nature-rooted healing. It’s for those longing to reclaim their voice, connect with ancestral wisdom, and be supported by a trauma-informed, culturally relevant community. All spiritual backgrounds and levels of experience are welcome.
Orixás are divine forces of nature from Yoruba cosmology, preserved in Brazil through Candomblé, Umbanda, and related practices. Each Orixá embodies an archetype—a pattern of ancestral wisdom, personality, and elemental power that lives within us all. In this program, Amazonian archetypal flower essences, crafted from rainforest flowers, serve as gentle vibrational allies. Each essence is attuned to a specific Orixá archetype, supporting you to awaken those qualities within yourself and catalyze deep emotional and spiritual transformation, guided by the healing intelligence of nature.

Testimonials
Lani Gregory -Entrepreneur - FL
I joined the Empowered Roots 1-1 sessions b/c I wanted to take integration a step further (from retreats in Peru/Jamaica) and reconnect with the plant/nature world in the “real world” of Miami and the daily grind at home and at my parents house. I would say that the support of the Amazonian Flower Essences were very supportive, kind, subtle, and playful during my journey. They really showed up and helped me use my voice! Give me that extra push to be ME, be authentic, kind vs. nice, stick up for myself and use my voice vs people-pleasing. I felt like a little buddha lion. EMBODIED, is the word. I was always chasing this idea of me in the future, a higher self, that wasn’t really me. I was chasing what I thought was cool in others. My journey with the flower essences helped me see ME, and love ME for all of my little quirks and weirdness, and my higher self is actually…me as I am!
The herbal kit was a great touch and added to the experience to reconnect w/ nature, the present moment, and self love, by incorporating these daily rituals alongside the essences.
Cannot recommend this program enough!
Maria (Masha), integrative mental health practitioner, Colorado & Oregon
I met Ana at one of the retreats, and from the beginning I felt I could trust her — not only because of her grounded, intuitive presence, but also because she is a woman and a first-generation immigrant, which deeply resonated with my own lived experience.
Ana created a custom flower essence for me based on what her intuition sensed within me. While I had already experienced the healing power of natural medicine before, I had not had the pleasure of meeting flower essences prior to working with her.
Through the plants’ quiet magic and Ana’s guidance, I was able to reconnect to a part of myself that I had forgotten and buried under decades of trying to survive and build my professional self. I reconnected with a softer, more intuitive part of me — Masha — a name and identity I am proudly using again every day.
This work helped me remember something essential that had been waiting patiently beneath the surface, and I am deeply grateful for the care, attunement, and integrity Ana brings to her work.

I start working with Ana in the beginning of the 2021. She helped me develop great habits to get a better mindset .Her work and the flower essences were very important for my mindset shift. Ana is p very knowledgeable about what the human body, mind and Spirit needs to get the best out of life. Thank you Ana for helping me find my true purpose in life and help other woman achieve the same.
