Welcome — these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Re Bloom Collective’s website, newsletters, downloadable materials, digital products, coaching services, and any related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services in any way — including subscribing to the newsletter, downloading materials, booking a session, or purchasing a program — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Parties & Definitions
- Provider: Re Bloom Collective, founded and operated by Ana Sa (“we,” “us,” “our”).
- Client / User / You:** Any person who visits the website, subscribes to the newsletter, downloads materials, books sessions, purchases digital products, or otherwise uses the Services.
- Services: Includes but is not limited to free content (blog posts, email newsletters), downloadable lead magnets, digital products, 1:1 coaching (including integration coaching), group programs, retreats, events, and any other goods or services offered by Re Bloom Collective.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services you confirm:
- You are at least 18 years old (or a legal adult where you live);
- You agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein (e.g., Privacy Policy); and
- You will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Services, Scope & Limitations

Coaching & Integration Work: Our coaching services are educational, supportive, and spiritually informed. Coaching may include somatic exercises, journaling prompts, ritual suggestions, integration planning, and compassionate guidance.

Not Therapy or Medical Care: Coaching is not professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice. It is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by licensed professionals. If you have mental health concerns, we recommend consulting a licensed provider.

Psychedelic & Plant Medicine: Re Bloom Collective may discuss psychedelic integration in an informational or supportive context. We do *not* facilitate or endorse illegal activity, provide medical prescriptions, or administer plant medicines. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws in your jurisdiction.
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on your unique circumstances, willingness to engage, and other variables beyond our control.
4. Eligibility & Safety
- You must be 18+ (or a local legal adult) to book coaching or purchase Services.
- If you are actively experiencing severe mental health symptoms (e.g., suicidal ideation, psychosis, ongoing severe dissociation), please seek immediate professional or emergency help. We can support you with integration in non-crisis times, but we are not a crisis service.
5. Booking, Scheduling & Cancellations
- Booking: Sessions are booked through our scheduling system or by mutual agreement. A confirmed booking becomes a contract for that session.
- Deposits: Some services (e.g., retreats, certain packages) may require a deposit to hold your space. Deposit terms are specified at booking.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: Our standard policy is to allow cancellations or rescheduling up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours prior may incur a fee equal to the session cost or forfeit of the deposit (as specified at time of purchase). Emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice are treated as forfeited and may not be refundable.
6. Fees, Payment & Refunds
- Payments: All fees for coaching, programs, retreats, and digital products are listed on the website or provided at purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo).
- Taxes: You are responsible for any sales tax or VAT applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Refunds:
- Digital downloads and lead magnets are generally non-refundable.
- Coaching session fees, deposits, packages, and program fees are subject to the refund policy displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
- If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at rebloomcollective@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your reason; we evaluate requests case-by-case.
- Late Payments: Late payments for ongoing services may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
7. Confidentiality & Limits
- Confidentiality: We respect your privacy. Information you share in coaching sessions is treated as confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
- Limits to Confidentiality: We may disclose information if required to by law, if there is reasonable belief of imminent harm to you or others, or if authorized by you in writing. We may also use anonymized client stories or testimonials with permission; identifying details will be removed unless you consent to being named.
8. Privacy & Data
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data. By using the Services you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. (Link to Privacy Policy).
- We may send email communications, newsletters, and marketing materials. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails.
9. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
- All content on the Re Bloom Collective website and delivered materials (text, images, audio, video, worksheets, PDFs) are owned by Re Bloom Collective or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other IP laws.
- Limited License: When you download or purchase materials, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or adapt materials for commercial use without written permission.
- User Content:If you submit feedback, testimonials, or content to us, you grant Re Bloom Collective a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional and operational purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
10. User Conduct & Obligations
- You agree to use the Services legally and ethically, and not to:
- Provide false information or impersonate others;
- Harass, abuse, or engage in discriminatory behavior toward staff, coaches, or community members;
- Record sessions without prior written consent; or
- Share paid materials with unauthorized third parties.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content for violations of these Terms.
11. Disclaimers & Warranties
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Re Bloom Collective disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Re Bloom Collective, its officers, employees, affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
- Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Re Bloom Collective in the 6 months preceding the claim (or $100 if you have not made payments).

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Re Bloom Collective and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your negligence, or your violation of law.
14. Termination
- Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not relieve either party of duties accrued prior to termination.
- We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, at our discretion.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the state/country where Re Bloom Collective is legally registered (contact us for current jurisdiction).
- If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@rebloomcollective.com so we can attempt informal resolution. You agree that disputes unresolved through informal efforts may be subject to mediation or the jurisdictional courts of the governing location.
17. Third-Party Links & Resources
Our site may link to third-party sites or resources. These links do not imply endorsement; we are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
18. Accessibility & Modifications to Services
We aim to make our Services accessible and helpful. We may modify or discontinue Services at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
