A Personal Journey Into Deeper Healing

When I first discovered Amazonian Flower Essences, I was searching for a different kind of healing—one that went beyond “fixing” symptoms and invited me into honest relationship with my inner world and the living world around me.
What I found was not just another wellness tool, but a way of being with healing—an ongoing, subtle, and relational process, informed by the wisdom of the forest and the knowing of my own body.
What Are Amazonian Flower Essences?
Unlike essential oils or tinctures, flower essences don’t work through physical chemistry. Instead, they capture the vibrational signature or “field of consciousness” of a flower (or fungi) and offer it to us as a medicine for our own subtle field.
This means when you use a flower essence—placing a few drops under your tongue or in water—there’s no direct chemical change. Instead, the energy field of the plant interacts with your own energy field, creating a deeply therapeutic, transpersonal space. In this space, healing is not imposed, but emerges through relationship and resonance.
Drawing on research and wisdom from the [Florais da Amazônia](https://www.floraisdaamazonia.com.br/) system, this field-to-field connection helps our bodies, hearts, and spirits attune to patterns of balance, harmony, and natural wholeness—just as forests and rivers re-organize after a storm.
Healing as Relationship—Not Prescription
What makes Amazonian Flower Essences so powerful is this dialogue of fields. The essence is not “fixing” you; rather, your consciousness responds—often slowly, subtly, and in deeply personal ways.
For my clients (and for myself), experiences while taking these essences often unfold in the following ways:
- Sudden, fleeting insights in dreams or half-awake states
- Unexpected awareness of recurring emotional patterns or habits
- Gentle shifts in mood—like noticing more patience, or a quieter inner critic
- A clearer sense of connection with a particular ancestor, place, or guiding force
- Spontaneous creative ideas or urges to re-organize aspects of life/environment
These are not thunderclap transformations. The medicine moves on the level of field, inviting you to notice, to listen, and to trust small changes. Over weeks, what once felt “stuck” often begins to thaw; self-compassion grows; and a new, kinder way of relating to yourself takes root.
Integrating the Medicine: Why Guidance Matters
In my own practice and with my clients, I rarely work with flower essences alone. To support sustainable, embodied transformation, I pair each custom-made essence with a cycle of three transpersonal coaching sessions.
Here’s why this integration is so valuable:
- Flower essences open the field. Coaching gently guides you to notice, anchor, and integrate the subtle shifts that follow.
- You gain language for shifts that otherwise might just drift by unnoticed.
- Deeper blocks or traumas that surface can be held with care—ritually, somatically, and in community.
- Habits and insights are woven back into daily practice, making inner changes practical and lasting.
Clients consistently share that this combination helps them move from confusion and stuckness into surprising clarity, renewed direction, and a more loving experience of themselves.
Why This Matters
In a world that prizes quick fixes and visible results, Amazonian Flower Essences teach us to trust the slow, interwoven rhythms of nature—and of our own being. Healing, here, is not a prescription but a living relationship. The medicine is subtle, but its roots run deep.
If you’re ready to experience a new way of working with your own field of consciousness—one that honors intuition, ancestral wisdom, and slow transformation—consider a session or cycle with me. This is how we reclaim the roots.

About the Autor:I’m Ana Sa, and I know what it feels like to search for meaning during life’s storms. I lost my father young, supported my family through hardship in Brazil, and spent years navigating my own crossroads of loss, cultural identity, and transformation. But everywhere I turned—through yoga, movement, ancestral wisdom, and plant medicine—I discovered that inside all of us there’s an unbreakable core of truth just waiting to be reclaimed.
That’s why I’m here: to guide women—especially women of color and those carrying
generational pain—who are ready to break cycles, heal deeply, and step into their authentic
voices.
As a certified Transpersonal Psychology coach, I blend my background in movement sciences, Amazonian flower essences, and the integration of psychedelic and spiritual experiences. My approach is holistic, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and rooted in my own lived journey.
I offer one-on-one and group sessions, immersive retreats, and ongoing circles—safe spaces where you can reconnect with your roots, find real community, and finally feel seen. Together, we’ll turn healing into action and transformation into real change, both within yourself and beyond.
I do this work because I believe in the power of women to heal not only themselves, but also generations: when you come home to who you truly are, you create ripples of empowerment, compassion, and possibility.
No matter where you are on your journey, you don’t have to walk this path alone. I’m here to help you rise, speak your truth, and co-create a life that’s unapologetically yours.
Let’s begin.
